I'm not sure I'm completely understanding what you're looking for here, but I think you might be able to use the Master Lock Trailer Coupler Lock - 1-7/8", 2" and 2-5/16" Ball Couplers # ML389DAT to keep your trailer secured. This lock can be used on your trailer's coupler when the trailer is not attached to keep it safe from theft and it will work on any coupler size to keep the trailer from being coupled and driven away.

We have a few options for your coupler with a 4-1/2" lip. The etrailer Trailer Coupler Lock # e98895 is a good lock. I have a solution for you, but there is not a set of coupler locks for a gooseneck trailer and traditional coupler that can be keyed the same. However, there are some options that can be keyed alike within their application so if you needed more traditional coupler locks in the future those could be keyed like the first one.

Unfortunately, none of our wraparound coupler locks, including the Fastway Universal Trailer Coupler # FA86-0015-316 you mention will fit a 5" wide coupler.

Though we do not carry the Reese Towpower 72783 coupler lock, we do have The Fastway Universal Trailer Coupler Lock # FA86-0015-313 that comes with the 313 key.
